Make Space for Possibilities

Are you curious how to get unstuck to be open to possibilities? If so, here are a few ideas:

  • Possibility Phrases- I am moving forward. I am getting unstuck. I am taking action. If my action isn’t effective, I’ll try something else. I will embrace what’s possible.

  • Possibility Actions- Move your body.  Dance to your favorite upbeat song. Take a walk down the block or in nature. Hit the shower and let the water calm and refresh you.

  • Possibility Conversations- Make a call. Send an email or text. Reach out to a family, friend, or professional who will support and help you identify what’s holding you back and how to focus on what is possible.

  • Possibility Basics- Ignoring your self-care can cause exhaustion, negativity, and burn-out.  Gently introduce some basics with prioritizing sleep, hydration, and eating nourishing foods. Build from there.
