Going Clutterless

Do you feel overwhelmed by clutter? If so, make spring your season for change with these ideas:

  • Clutterless Space- Is the physical stuff in your life making it hard to move around, locate your belongings, or think clearly? Activate with the edit. Start in a tiny area and release the things you no longer want or belong elsewhere.

  • Clutterless Schedule- Are your days overflowing with commitments and tasks? If so, review what you said “yes” to. Release items from your schedule by delegating or converting them to a not now, or not ever. Aim for more white space each day.

  • Clutterless Mind- Is your mind cluttered with so many thoughts causing inaction, procrastination, or distress? Do a brain download onto paper, walk in nature, talk with a friend, do breathing exercises, yoga or meditation. Deep breath in. Hold. Slowly exhale out.
