Possibility Thinking

Getting organized includes using your possibility thinking. Consider these ideas:

  • Underwhelm Possibilities- If the idea of getting organized sends you into a panic, think smaller. Reduce your organizing focus to one project, one room or one drawer.
  • Imagine Possibilities- Envisioning the why and benefits of your organizing efforts will provide motivation when it declines.
  • Activate Possibilities- What do you need to move forward with your organizing goals? Do you need physical help, emotional support, or an organizing buddy? Do you need help talking through what you’d like to accomplish? You don’t have to do this alone. Enlist the help you need so you can move forward.
